Richard Minick Jr

I am a certified residential appraiser with Leroy Albany Appraisals, where I have been contributing my expertise since 2019. I also hold a real estate license, obtained in 2017. Prior to my career in real estate, I spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, co-owning and operating both quick-service and casual dining establishments with my wife.

My journey in real estate began in childhood, surrounded by family who shaped my understanding of the industry. My father and uncle have been involved in buying and selling investment properties for over 30 years, providing me with valuable insights into various facets of the business. My mother, a real estate agent for more than 20 years before transitioning to mortgage lending, further enriched my knowledge and appreciation for the field.

I graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2000 with a degree in Marketing Research, which complements my comprehensive experience in real estate. This diverse background allows me to navigate the industry with a unique perspective, helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
