Jason Richards

Certified Residential Appraiser - FHA/VA/REO certified - based out of Peoria

Peoria native and Bradley University graduate with over 20 years of experience appraising residential real estate across central Illinois. A former Air National Guard member and active local volunteer, I founded my appraisal practice, expanding services and coverage as market needs evolved. I’ve completed over 12,000 residential appraisals, covering single-family homes, small income properties, REO/FHA/VA cases, new construction, land, and eminent domain
appraisals.

Licensed as a real estate broker since 2015, I have assisted hundreds with buying, selling, and investment decisions. Recently, in 2024, I obtained a managing broker’s license and now partner with a national brand. My team and I are here to support your real estate goals.

Ashley Rupert

Certified Residential Appraiser – FHA certified – based out of Peoria

With 15 years in real estate, I began as the Real Estate Education Director at our local association, gaining deep market insight and guiding both agents and clients. Five years ago, I transitioned into appraisals, where I discovered a passion for the field’s dynamic nature. Each appraisal offers new challenges, allowing me to grow and connect with a diverse range of people. I’m proud to support clients in making informed decisions on such significant investments, and the connections I build keep me motivated every day.

Certified Residential Appraiser – based out of Champaign

Certified residential appraiser with Leroy Albany Appraisals, working full-time as a licensed trainee since 2019 and a licensed real estate agent since 2017. Previously co-owned and operated quick-service and casual dining restaurants for 15 years. Grew up immersed in real estate through family experience in investment properties and mortgage lending. Holds a Marketing Research degree from Southern Illinois University (2000), providing a well-rounded perspective to support clients’ real estate goals
